- Grading, excavating, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, watermain, water meter chambers, splash pads, irrigation system, mechanical works and connection to splash pad.

- Decorative fencing, field fencing, and armourstone walls.
- Plaza seat walls, sand play area, retaining walls
- Trail Bridge with impressed coloured concrete.
- Granular paving and different types of walkways, decorative unit paving, colour concrete paving, asphalt paving, including curbs and sidewalks.
- Installation of junior and senior play equipment along with rubber safety surface.
- Supply and installation of site furnishings.
